A tenant improvement project involves customizing or renovating an existing commercial space to meet the needs of a new or existing tenant. This can include offices, retail stores, and restaurant build-outs.

Project Management & Communication

We take a very deliberate, detail-driven approach during preconstruction to minimize surprises and keep change orders to a minimum. That said, unforeseen conditions can arise on any project.
