Randy Rogers
Principal & Co-Owner
Randy works closely with clients and project teams during preconstruction to ensure our projects are set up for success. He is active in client engagement and retention and works diligently with our estimating team to ensure our clients obtain the best value for their project’s budget. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is also a proud Sooner Dad.
David Lindsay
Principal & Co-Owner
David brings over 45 years of construction experience to our operations team and works hand in hand with them and other members of the project so we can provide the best possible project for our clients. As a Navy combat veteran he knows how important it is to maintain clear communication with all our clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Shawn Cook
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Shawn plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from strategic planning to successful project execution. With a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects, this United States Marine is skilled in team leadership, resource management and negotiation. He is passionate about driving innovation in construction and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results for clients.
James Pratte
Business Development
James joined Tri-Tex Construction, Inc. in 2024 and is responsible for Business Development strategies that aid in company growth financially and in brand recognition. James works directly with executives, managers, sub-trades and marketing professionals to identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and implement business objectives.
James is a construction management professional with 10+ years of diverse experience within the development and construction sectors. Prior to joining Tri-Tex Construction, Inc., James held a Senior Project Manager role with jhme Real Estate Advisors and a Project Manager role with Conservation Construction of Texas. He provided leadership in consulting and construction management and has a history of representing Institutional Capital, Private Equity and Capital Side Investment clientele across a multitude of asset types. He has been trusted advisor to industry leaders for projects from early concept levels and throughout the build process. Throughout his career he has represented clients in over $1 billion of development, renovation, recapitalization and construction capitalization strategies.
